LA STORIA<\/h3>\n

Con l\u2019entrata in vigore della Legge Regionale n 70 del 04.09.1996, il Legislatore, ha messo a regime quanto previsto dalla Legge quadro nazionale 157 del 11.02.1992 in materia di gestione faunistico venatoria.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

In Piemonte, si sono creati gli Ambiti territoriali di caccia denominati A.T.C (pianura) e C.A (montagna). Noi apparteniamo al Comprensorio Alpino denominato Torino 5 “Valli Orco, Soana e Chiusella”, territorio che si estende dal comune di Rocca C.se sino al comune di Andrate lambendo i comuni di Castellamonte e Cuorgn\u00e8.<\/strong><\/p>\n

CA TO 5<\/h5>\n

Inizialmente la sede dell’Ente era ubicata presso il Comune di Pratiglione e allora il Presidente pro – tempore era il sig Livio Bellino.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Lo stesso insieme al Comitato di Gestione nominato dalla Provincia di Torino, Servizio Tutela Fauna e Flora, ha intrapreso questo nuovo modo di gestione delle attivit\u00e0 venatorie che in passato erano di competenza Provinciale.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Al rinnovo dell’organo gestionale in data 16.05.1999, e all’insediamento del nuovo Presidente Giovanni Maddio, si \u00e8 provveduto a spostare la sede dell’Ente, dove, storicamente era identificata la sede dell\u2019allora Comparto Alpino n 7 nel comune di Cuorgn\u00e8.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

In data 06.04.2026 il Presidente Demaria Luca ha unificato la sede dell’Ente ed il centro di controllo nel comune di Pont Canavese.<\/strong><\/p>\n
